1. The service
SeeEat helps you preview restaurant menus by combining OCR, GPS, and photo retrieval. It is provided "as is" while in beta, without warranties.
2. Your account
You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One person per account.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't scan menus you don't have physical access to, don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, don't harass restaurants or other users.
- Don't upload illegal, hateful, or explicit content in ratings or photos.
- Automated scraping of the service is not allowed.
4. Content
You retain ownership of photos and ratings you upload. You grant SeeEat a limited license to store and display them within the app. Restaurant photos shown come from public sources (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking, restaurant sites) and remain the property of their owners.
5. AI-generated images
When we cannot find a real photo we may show an AI-generated illustration. These are labeled and are approximations — the real dish may differ.
6. Limitation of liability
SeeEat is a preview tool, not a substitute for ordering directly from the restaurant. We are not responsible for allergens, pricing, availability, or any discrepancy between our image and the real dish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can delete your account any time from Account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app.
